Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries regarding payments, pricing, delivery times, and products via phone, email, or chat while advising clients professionally. Proactively contact customers by phone to facilitate efficient solutions, support field service, and finalize price and discount agreements. Process customer data, invoices, and orders within the SAP system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of client issues to appropriate departments. Contribute to process improvements by sharing customer feedback with internal teams. Report to the Customer Service Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor opleiding (Communicatie Management, Office Management, Bedrijfsmanagement) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Goede kennis van SAP
- Vlot communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Resultaatgericht en stressbestendig

- Ervaring met MS Office
