Seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the Customer Service Department, manage key accounts, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years’ experience in an aluminum extrusion Customer Service Supervisor role
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and EPICS
- General Accounting Knowledge
- Critical thinking
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
