Job Summary
Lead and supervise Customer Service operations for Westamerica Bank in Concord, CA. Focus on delivering 5 Points of Service, meeting external customer service standards, facilitating daily sales meetings, resolving complex customer problems, coaching and mentoring staff to support sales efforts, stabilizing transaction accounts, driving product referrals, and achieving performance goals (SPF referrals, NII, Elan). Ensure training, cross-training, reporting, and adherence to policies; manage staff, audits, and compliance to maintain branch performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Progressively more responsible in-branch operations where incumbent has gained a thorough knowledge of operational policies and procedures
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills required
