Job Summary
Oversees front-end operations, coordinates training for Associates on systems and company procedures (e.g., scanning accuracy, EAS system), monitors cash handling, assists with opening/closing, audits register accuracy, resolves customer and Associate concerns, and promotes company programs and initiatives (including credit card service and charity initiatives) to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient front-end performance; maintains safety standards, handles purchases, returns and exchanges, and supports overall satisfaction and loyalty in a Walmart Canada store.
