Job Summary
Strategic post-sales leadership for enterprise SaaS customers in APAC and Vancouver, owning renewals, driving expansion opportunities, and delivering executive-level reviews that articulate ROI; coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve escalations and ensure customer value realization. Partners with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to align on customer priorities, build data-driven business cases, and navigate complex procurement to minimize churn while maximizing ROI.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of blended experience across Enterprise SaaS Customer Success and Account Management/Sales, managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
- Prior experience carrying out C-suite level engagements independently
- Commercial muscle in managing enterprise renewals and driving expansion opportunities
- Executive engagement and ability to translate usage into business ROI
- Autonomous execution and ability to travel as needed in the APAC region
