Job Summary
Customer Service Manager responsible for leading a team of administrators and resolution teams to improve customer satisfaction and resolve delivery issues. You will act as a liaison across teams, drive data-driven change plans, coach and manage performance across multiple sites, balance operational and commercial expectations, and continually improve processes using insights from data, trends, and team input. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable; experience in foodservice operations is beneficial. The role emphasizes coaching, change management, and a culture of two-way feedback within a large UK foodservice business.
