Job Summary
Oversee and supervise the Customer Service Department, directing staff to ensure efficient delivery of customer service. Generate KPI-focused reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to long-term customer service strategy. Requires leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills, with experience in CRM, billing, and public utilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, billing, and cash accounting.
- 2+ years of supervisory and administrative experience in a public utility setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
