Job Summary
Customer Service Manager role at Muncie Power involves leading customer service activities, resolving inquiries and complaints, providing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting to customers, coordinating with product/application specialists for complex issues, assisting in mechanical/hydraulic system design, supplying plumbing/hydraulic schematics on request, identifying training needs for the department, processing customer sales orders via phone/fax/email, handling order adjustments, generating leads for field sales, maintaining accounts documentation, and reporting on sales/service activities to the Customer Service Director. The role requires travel to support field sales managers and customers. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills are essential, along with technical aptitude in hydraulics/electricity and the ability to read and interpret technical documents. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of post-high school education, or equivalent preferred
