Job Summary
Oversee inbound customer service and sales operations in a managerial role: develop and approve inbound sales plans, lead and guide the team to meet plan execution, generate periodic sales reports and adapt plans to current conditions, identify and implement improvements for call center software usage and service processes, develop and enforce standards for company sales staff and service staff, manage complaint handling workflows, analyze customer feedback to sustain high satisfaction, maintain customer data and reporting systems, and drive cross-department collaboration to maintain service quality and performance; ensure customer inquiries through company channels are answered promptly and standards are adhered to; drive ongoing improvements to satisfaction metrics and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail/service sector considered a plus
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to develop and implement standards for sales and customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- English language proficiency is a plus
