Job Summary
Customer Service Manager to be the first point of contact for our community, handling tickets and chats in Gorgias, informing customers about order and delivery status, and resolving issues proactively. Responsibilities include managing orders, shipping problems, returns, refunds, and coordinating with logistics and purchasing; documenting all interactions in the CS tool; contributing to process improvements and Helpcenter content; and collaborating with a small, dynamic team to uphold a fast, customer-focused experience for a female-first fashion brand. The role requires 3+ years in customer service (E‐commerce or fashion preferred), bilingual German/English communication, and Berlin residency. Required Qualifications
- Min. 3 years experience in Customer Service – E-Commerce or Fashion is a plus
- German and English writing clear and friendly
- Proficiency with CS tools such as Gorgias
- Ability to work independently, structured, and maintain composure with many open tickets
- Know when to solve oneself vs. escalate
- Residence in Berlin
