Job Summary
Oversee daily retail operations for GCNA store locations, lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Sales Associates, drive sales goals and store performance, manage inventory and financial paperwork, ensure customer and donor service quality, de-escalate customer situations, enforce policies on security, safety, and brand standards, coordinate with multiple divisions as needed, provide coaching, training, and performance management to staff, and support store leadership in change initiatives and maintaining a positive store culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- One-year work experience in Retail Management, preferred
- One-year customer service experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
