Job Summary
Oversee and lead the Goodwill GCNA store operations in Sedona to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and profit goals. Direct the sales-floor team of Retail Sales Associates, mentor and develop staff, ensure strong customer and donor service, maintain store standards and safety, manage inventories and daily paperwork, coordinate with leadership on strategy and change initiatives, and drive a customer-centric, compliant store culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- One-year work experience in Retail Management (preferred)
- One-year customer service experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
