Job Summary

Oversee front-end store operations to maximize customer experience and sales. Lead and develop staff through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management; coordinate merchandising guidelines, inventory, and new goods rotation; manage POS and cash handling procedures; ensure safety, asset protection, and compliance; collaborate across departments and support Store Manager in achieving store goals.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One (1) year of retail production supervisory experience required.
  • One (1) year goal setting and tracking experience required.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
