Job Summary
Customer Service Manager for the Food Ingredients / Nutraceuticals sector based in Langen, Germany. Act as the primary contact for customers and suppliers, prepare quotations, and manage customer orders, forecasts, and contracts. Coordinate logistics with warehouses and freight forwarders; process invoices, credit notes and supplier documentation; ensure accurate documentation and archiving. Support the sales team with customer activities and events when required. Requires strong MS Office skills; ERP experience is an advantage. Fluent in German and English; detail-oriented, reliable, with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented, solution-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial background (Kaufmännische Ausbildung or similar)
