Customer Service Manager

Manage the daily operation of the Van Wert, OH location, ensuring orders are efficiently received, filled, and shipped. Lead a team of 1-2 associates while performing hands-on duties including order picking, inventory management, put away, and staging customer orders using RF scanners and material handling equipment. Oversee branch associate training, leverage the company's ERP system to process orders and generate reports, and provide direct customer support by resolving inquiries and offering detailed product information on HVAC, plumbing, and building parts.
