Job Summary

Customer Success Manager to own and manage strategic customer relationships within the Pharma Business Unit, with a primary focus on bioprocessing accounts. Requires experience in large pharma, contract manufacturing or CPG, specifically in account management, procurement, or supply chain, and the ability to stay ahead of Fortune 500 customers with fast-moving procurement cycles. Not a passive role; the candidate will be expected to proactively manage and exceed customer expectations. Visa sponsorship is not available. Wage range is $120,000 to $140,000 annually. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, and EAP; roles overseas have private health and life insurance options.

Required Qualifications
