Job Summary
Lead and develop the Customer Service team to ensure accurate order processing, responsive issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction; manage key accounts and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain; monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement; provide coaching and performance evaluations to team members. The role balances hands-on customer interactions with leadership responsibilities, supervising Customer Service Representatives, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Minimum of five years of customer service experience required
- Minimum of two years of supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience required
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is required
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, distribution, or B2B customer service environment preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require
