Job Summary
Customer Service Manager overseeing day-to-day customer service activities and leading the Customer Service team. Hands-on leadership balancing customer interaction, order management, problem resolution, and team supervision; acts as working manager handling key customer accounts, supports escalations, coaches Representatives, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to meet customer needs and ensure timely issue resolution. Focus areas include order accuracy, responsiveness, communication, cross-functional coordination, process improvement, training and developing staff, performance monitoring, and driving customer satisfaction and service levels.
Required Qualifications
- Education in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required; equivalent combination of higher education, training, and experience may be considered
- Minimum of five years of customer service experience
- Minimum of two years of supervisory or people leadership experience
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
