Job Summary

Lead and supervise the Customer Service team to manage orders, quotations, and inquiries while serving as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts. Drive issue resolution, coaching and development of Customer Service Representatives, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure accurate, timely, and professional customer service. Own process improvements, monitor performance metrics, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, responsiveness, and operational efficiency. Skills emphasized include order management, escalation handling, CRM/ERP proficiency, strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership within an office manufacturing setting.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma / GED required; An equivalent combination of higher education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of customer service experience required; Minimum of two years of supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience required
  • Experience: Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, distribution, or B2B customer service environment preferred
  • Experience: Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is required
