Job Summary
Customer Service Management Trainee role at Uline focuses on developing on-the-job leadership skills within a state-of-the-art call center. Responsibilities include mastering all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive training program, managing and developing a team of customer service representatives, setting goals, evaluating performance, providing constructive feedback, reviewing procedures to identify improvements, and ensuring delivery of legendary customer service. Minimum qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree, with prior leadership/management experience as a plus.
