Job Summary
Process loan applications, verify documents, and enter payments into loan management software while maintaining regulatory compliance. Execute collection calls on overdue accounts, contact customers regarding payment arrangements, and facilitate loan extensions or modifications. Refinance accounts to bring them current and sell ancillary products such as taxes and car club loans to drive growth. Oversee office operations in the manager's absence to ensure continuity. Requires one year of customer service experience and six months in collections. Hourly rate starts at $16.25 with travel required 5% of the time.
