Customer Service - Livingston Center Rack

Greet customers, guide them to fitting rooms, and return clothing to the floor while maintaining a smooth, friendly transaction experience. Defuse customer situations, provide timely resolutions, and ensure the sales floor stays runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening. Sort and return merchandise, complete inventory processes, and keep stockrooms organized. Receive, unload freight, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments. Fulfill and ship customer orders following quality standards, utilizing inventory management systems to scan and process shipments. Assist in maintaining clean selling floors, organizing backrooms, managing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures. This role is available in Sales, Cashier, Stock, and Fulfillment departments at Nordstrom Rack Livingston Center.
