Customer Service Leader

Leads guest service initiatives in the dining room, manages cash procedures, oversees catering operations, and supports operational excellence at Chick-fil-A. Responsibilities include cash handling with accuracy, preparing and packaging catering orders to Chick-fil-A standards, coordinating with kitchen and front counter for timely fulfillment, communicating with catering clients, and maintaining a welcoming, clean, and efficient dining-room environment. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Availability includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends; physical ability to stand 8–10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs; benefits include scholarships, health and life insurance, and 401k with matching for eligible team members.
