Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in account management, customer service, or inside sales
  • Experience in B2B environments, ideally with manufactured products
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

  • Spanish fluency is a plus
