Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in account management, customer service, or inside sales
- Experience in B2B environments, ideally with manufactured products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish fluency is a plus
