Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations by opening and closing the car wash per standard procedures, guiding vehicles safely, and maintaining site cleanliness. Lead by example by greeting customers warmly, utilizing sales scripts to drive membership sales, and addressing issues or escalating them as needed. Assist with team coaching to ensure adherence to safety standards and sales protocols. This developmental role prepares you for a Team Leader position within GO Car Wash, a fast-growing operator expanding across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions for long periods
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
