Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations by opening and closing the car wash per standard procedures, guiding vehicles safely, and maintaining site cleanliness. Lead by example by greeting customers, utilizing sales scripts to drive membership revenue, and addressing issues to ensure satisfaction. Assist with team coaching to enforce safety standards and sales protocols while serving as the manager on duty when Team Leaders are absent. Must be at least 16 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and able to lift 25 lbs in outdoor conditions. Earn $18.50/hour including base pay, commission, and tips, with access to health benefits, 401(k), and free car washes.
