Job Summary
Veterinary Care Coordinator (VCC) Supervisor leading the front desk team to ensure exceptional client service and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, managing staff scheduling, onboarding and training new team members, partnering with leadership on hiring, maintaining training materials and SOPs, and upholding high standards of client service and communication across the hospital. The role collaborates with doctors and technicians to maintain workflow, coupled with leadership duties and real-time problem solving to support a positive, team-driven culture. Strong emphasis on communication, organizational awareness, veterinary workflows, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Location: Central Animal Hospital of Stoneham, MA; Schedule: Full-Time, day shifts with occasional weekend rotation; Compensation includes $20.00-$24.00/hour, $1,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (required)
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 1-2+ years of veterinary experience
- 1-2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
