Job Summary
Guide and process customer orders and account inquiries using world-class technology while building business relationships via phone, email, and chat. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering systems. Work alongside experienced professionals with one-on-one peer mentoring to develop problem-solving and communication skills. This full-time internship requires 15 hours per week during the school year for junior and senior college students with Microsoft Office experience. Gain professional work experience executing meaningful business projects in a collaborative contact center environment.
