Job Summary
Guide and process customer orders and account inquiries using world-class technology. Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat while helping them navigate the website and online ordering system. Work alongside experienced professionals to solve real customer challenges and develop communication and problem-solving skills through hands-on training and peer mentoring. This full-time internship requires 15 hours per week during the school year for junior and senior college students with Microsoft Office experience. Gain professional work experience by executing meaningful business projects in a collaborative environment, with a dedicated mentor assigned to support your growth.
