Job Summary
Customer Service Intern in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, supporting processing of customer orders in SAP, monitoring order status, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in resolving basic order issues under supervision. Develops skills in order management, communication, problem-solving, and data accuracy within a hybrid work model (2 days in the office). Start date around August 2026 for a 6-month internship; 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English (minimum B2 upper-intermediate level) with strong communication skills
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
- Would be a plus: Experience using SAP
