Job Summary
Support processing of customer orders in SAP and ensure data accuracy; monitor order status and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery; handle customer inquiries and provide updates on order progress; coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment; assist in resolving basic order issues under supervision; maintain accurate records and support reporting related to order management. Requires recently graduated or final-year student in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, strong Arabic and English communication, collaborative teamwork, and willingness to learn. Hybrid internship in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (40 hours/week) with 2 days in the office; duration 6 months; Start August 1, 2026. Beneficial: experience using SAP.
Required Qualifications
- Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English (minimum B2 upper-intermediate)
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
