Job Summary
6-month Customer Service Intern in the Supply Chain department at the Belgium office. Responsible for analyzing internal and retailer metrics, supporting order management tasks (order entry, stock allocation, and delivery coordination), coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Planning, IT), and contributing to continuous improvement projects under supervision. Requires pursuing or recently completed master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering or similar, with prior internship experience in supply chain, planning, customer service, or reporting. Candidates should have strong MS Excel skills, be able to communicate effectively in an international environment, and English fluency is required (Dutch or French a plus). Hybrid role based in Zaventem, Belgium.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or similar (currently completing or recently completed)
- Previous internship in supply chain, planning, customer service, reporting or similar role
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Confidence in communication within an international, multicultural, cross-functional environment
- Fluency in English; Dutch or French a plus
