Job Summary
Receive hands-on training in an operating group to complement formal education and master internal operations including accounting, event planning, finance, human resources, payroll, marketing, and customer service. Identify areas for process improvement, make recommendations to leadership for streamlining systems, and research and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency. Provide general administration assistance and support while managing project responsibilities. Perform routine tasks under supervision with detailed instructions, interacting mostly with immediate peers within the assigned team.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires less than one year of related experience
