Job Summary
Provides world class customer service by managing vehicle returns process at airport location, greeting customers with a pleasant attitude, and explaining charges. Responsible for resolving customer issues professionally, inspecting vehicles for damage, recording any cleaning requirements, and completing required documentation. Communicates fuel level, mileage, and final charges; ensures keys are secured and personal belongings are removed. Contributes to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback with the team and assisting with action planning. Maintains professional appearance and supports teammates, while handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Required Qualifications
