Job Summary
Manage customer interactions via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email to address needs, answer questions, and drive sales for HVAC products and services. Execute the full sales function including outbound calls for new business, order processing, payment handling, and quote generation while ensuring data accuracy. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to resolve customer problems, coordinate shipments with manufacturing and vendors, and monitor delivery schedules. Educate clients on product features, recommend alternatives based on specifications, and maintain records of sales activities. Provide accurate information on product availability and assist with warranties and returns, while periodically reaching out to gauge customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years of progressive sales experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations

- Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products
- General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
