Answer inbound calls, follow up on leads, and sell handyman services using a proven call blueprint. Coordinate projects by estimating durations, reviewing details, and confirming with craftsmen. Optimize schedules through ServiceTitan and support office operations including documentation and process improvements. Collaborate with craftsmen and management to ensure clear communication and resolve issues quickly. Guide customers through home repair needs and ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or office coordination preferred
- Excellent phone and communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Excellent computer skills with familiarity of AI and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in handling objections
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ServiceTitan experience (or willingness to learn quickly) is required
