Job Summary
Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide solutions, quotations, technical research, and proposals. Track and escalate back orders to maximize fill rates while collaborating with staff engineers and manufacturing partners on project solutions. Visit customers as needed for supply delivery and assist with warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, and shipping when required. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 25–50 pounds, and 1–2 years of customer service experience. Located in Lancaster, MA, the position offers a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 plus uncapped commission potential after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 -2 years of Customer Service / Inside Sales experience in same or similar environment
- Valid driver's license
- Strong computer skills – ERP, MS Office Products
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 – 50 pounds
- 100% in-office job, Monday – Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training, certifications, education
- Knowledge of mechanical /electrical equipment and parts preferred – bearings, motors, gear boxes, pulleys, etc.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn our product line
- Knowledge of One Drive
- Desire to work within a team with a cooperative and positive attitude
