Job Summary
Partner with customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships. Handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting, returns, and sourcing parts. Assist in generating sales and help in the stockroom as needed to deliver orders to customers. Work onsite at our Russellville, AR service center from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Requires a valid driver's license, mechanical aptitude, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year customer service or inside sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills including Excel
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US
- We are not able to offer sponsorship of work visas for this position
- This position is not eligible for relocation benefits
- This position is expected to be performed on site
- Hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Industrial distribution or parts counter environment a plus
- Hydraulic, bearings, or power transmission knowledge preferred
- Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
