Job Summary
Customer Service Associate duties include attending training seminars to expand product knowledge; answering client questions by phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email; logging inquiries into the CRM; identifying consumer requirements; providing timely updates on case status; maintaining information confidentiality; and performing additional responsibilities as needed. The role emphasizes effective communication, multitasking, and thorough understanding of goods and services, with a focus on client retention and high-quality service. Requires strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma, a GED, or an appropriate equivalent is required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in a related industry.
- Computer proficiency is required.
- CRM experience is desirable.
- MS Office suites are second nature to me.
