Job Summary
Answer phones, assist customers at the window, and process claims by entering data into the system. Review bus driver reports, scan them into the claims system, and file paperwork while responding to email correspondence. This role requires a team player with strong English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position is part-time, 20 hours per week from 9:00am to 1:00pm, M-F, located in Downtown Seattle.
Required Qualifications

- Comfortable with written and oral communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
