Customer Service II

Customer Service II role at Gibraltar (Zeeland, MI) to provide product and service information, track orders, and resolve product and service problems for customers in the furniture parts sector (table bases). Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via phone and e-mail about pricing, lead times, and freight estimates; providing product recommendations; receiving and resolving complaints in collaboration with the supervisor; processing and acknowledging orders; coordinating with Shipping on shipments, bills of lading, and rate changes; evaluating orders for inconsistencies; performing order tracking and updates; contacting customers to obtain missing or inaccurate information on Purchase Orders; meeting OEM customer daily requirements; and following established communication procedures and policies. The role requires 3 years of experience in customer service, strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (CRM/ERP experience a plus), and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
