Job Summary
Greet members exiting buses or arriving on the lot, direct customers to the exit booth, and provide local and return directions. Welcome guests with friendly efficiency, assist with questions to minimize counter visits, and offer upgraded vehicles on request. Ensure hangtag information is completed correctly, maintain the Emerald Aisle for cleanliness, and work proactively with shuttlers, auto detailers, and return agents to ensure proper vehicle supply. Communicate customer service issues to management and perform other assigned duties to meet service needs. This role supports the Emerald Aisle rental process at the Indianapolis Airport.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 2 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI)
