Job Summary
Customer Service Agent handling conversations via phone, messages, and email from an onsite Athens role. Responsibilities include resolving queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use; providing professional and empathetic support across all service channels; following response templates and quality standards; performing ad-hoc tasks for the project team; and offering product tips and recommendations. Must live in Athens and speak Greek fluently with strong English skills. Problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure are essential.
