Customer Service - Golde Creek Plaza Rack

Nordstrom Rack store role spanning Sales and Customer Service, Stock, and Fulfillment. Responsibilities include assisting customers at the POS across in-store, online, and mobile channels; operating the POS system; bagging items; handling varying item sizes; supporting fitting rooms; keeping floors and stockrooms organized; ensuring a clean, clutter-free environment; re-merchandising and straightening; inventory checks and accurate ticketing; using store technology; promoting Nordstrom Rewards; and providing general store support (events, backroom, markdowns, fixtures). Must demonstrate clear communication, accountability, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling based on business needs; physical requirements include frequent movement and lifting up to 50 pounds for Stock and Fulfillment. Pay range is $22.55-$23.45 per hour with benefits; location noted: Lynnwood, WA.
