Job Summary
Customer Service role focused on managing daily client relationships and order processing. Responsibilities include taking over and processing orders per contractual terms, calculating prices and monitoring client profitability, preparing analyses and reports for accuracy, and stock analysis with participation in inventories. Primary work is on-site at the company headquarters, with a stable environment in a traditional, internationally recognized MCC division. Skills emphasized include ERP/system usage for client communications, strong English proficiency, excellent communication and organizational abilities, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive improvement suggestions. Required Qualifications
- University degree completed, preferably in economics
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in customer relations is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate information
- Solid PC skills; experience with management software (ERP) is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Proactive mindset: ability to come up with suggestions and improvement initiatives
