Job Summary
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking flights; monitor computerized boarding; assist customers with special needs including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors; change customer flight itineraries and seat assignments as required; operate the Jetway; work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service in an airport environment; requires successful completion of training, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and willingness to work all shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and/or irregular shifts; starting rate $12.00/hour; employment contingent upon a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and background/drug checks; high school diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of high school diploma or GED
- Successful completion of gate agent training
- Ability to lift 70 pounds
- Minimum age 18
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends nights holidays
- Background check and drug screen required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 10-year Criminal History Records Check (as part of employment)
- Proof of eligibility to work (if applicable)
