Customer Service & Garment Care Associate – Part-Time

Greet customers, process garment drop-offs and pickups, and operate the point-of-sale system to handle payments. Assist with wash, dry, and fold laundry orders while helping customers learn about services, specials, and promotions. Answer customer questions, address concerns, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Balance the cash drawer and complete closing responsibilities to keep daily operations running smoothly. This part-time role offers afternoon and evening shifts Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM–3:00 PM on Saturdays, with a starting pay of $15.00/hour. No dry-cleaning experience is required, and paid training is provided.
