Complete resume building exercises and engage with industry-leading talent placement services for potential internships at organizations like Microsoft, Accenture, Salesforce, or Seattle Children's Hospital. Receive an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. This one-year intensive program prepares high school graduates or GED recipients to launch careers in the Seattle/Bellevue Washington area, with 72% of graduates employed or enrolled in postsecondary education within four months.
Required Qualifications

- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
