Job Summary
Area Leader oversees onboarding, coaching, and development for team members within span of care, identifies talent for store staffing and leadership recruitment, drives performance management and succession planning, and directs Leads and Team Leaders. Responsible for area operations and financial results (P&L, budgeting), safety/compliance, scheduling, staffing forecasting, process improvements, and upholding Meijer culture while ensuring engaging, inclusive leadership and customer service excellence.
