Job Summary
Remote Customer Service Export Specialist responsible for coordinating international orders, ensuring trade compliance, preparing shipping documents, and liaising with logistics and internal/external stakeholders. Responsibilities include tracking orders, invoicing customers, coordinating export arrangements, managing contracts from entry to delivery and payment, expediting licenses and letters of credit, preparing invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, and supporting cross-border operations with a focus on INCO terms and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of INCO terms and international trade compliance
- Experience in B2B customer support, preferably with international clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
